Human Resources Specialist (Staffing and Recruitment)

Overview:  The Human Resources Specialist (Staffing and Recruitment) is responsible for collaborating with managers and administrative liaison on the recruitment and retention process.  Duties are compliant with client’s Merit Promotions Plan, Merit System Principles, Delegated Examining Authority and other applicable guidance. 

Project Manager

Overview:  The Project Manager manages, plans and coordinates the full life-cycle of projects.  This position ensures that all project goals and objectives are accomplished within the prescribed timeframe, budgetary parameters and to the customer’s satisfaction.  The Project Manager provides project team leadership necessary to meet defined project deliverables and maintains positive working relationships with the customer and key stakeholders.

Classifications Specialist

Overview:  The Classifications Specialist is responsible for providing position management and designation determinations for requested positions.  Determinations are in accordance with General Schedule, Wage Grade, Supervisory Guide, Classification’s Handbook, and other federal reference materials.  

Human Resource Assistant

Overview:  The Human Resources Assistant is responsible for providing support to senior human resources specialist.
